This service aims to deliver the next working day, however we can not guarantee Saturday delivery.
Please note for all orders it is important that customers leave a contact number.
If you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, you should receive your goods the next day. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on that day and delivered by Tuesday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday.
We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left.
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Box addresses, including military.
Terms of postage
In the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 5 working days have passed, please contact our Customer Services on info@poisonpreworkout.comWe will re-ship your order at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
All parcels will be dispatched on the next working day if placed after 3pm.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should contact info@poisonpreworkout.com for up to date return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
